We use MES integrated manufacturing system for production, and have several high-precision, pure electric FANUC injection molding machines in Japan and Yamada ultra-high speed punch machines in Japan. Each injection molding machine is equipped with NACO robot, CCD visual image automatic detection machine, laser date code identification machine, automatic packaging machine and automatic unmanned AGV carrier, The hardware produced by us also adopts CCD visual image detector, and each key dimension is detected automatically. In order to facilitate quality traceability, all our production equipment have been connected with MES system, and the data generated by all equipment during production and the records detected by quality control on the platform are automatically uploaded to the database system, These data can be retrieved from the system at any time.
